Our advanced aerator features a revolutionary shift from the conventional rubber diaphragm to an innovative rubber diaphragm with an extension compensation design.
The material is crafted to allow free rebound, effectively minimizing stress concentration typically associated with diaphragm wear.
Our design mitigates the risk of tearing and detachment due to stress concentration, ensuring maximum durability through a robust sealing interface.
We employ a superior reverse buckle folding structure for the seal between the diaphragm and the support plate, significantly enhancing performance and prolonging the diaphragm's lifespan while effectively preventing detachment.
The exceptional sealing capability between the diaphragm and support plate ensures extended product longevity and reliably prevents diaphragm detachment.


Our diaphragms incorporate an intrinsic check valve design-a center-thickened, non-porous innovation-which optimizes functionality.
Once the air supply ceases, the diaphragm's center naturally retracts to align with the pallet hole, driven by water pressure and its own elastic properties.
Upon air supply cessation, the diaphragm's elastic nature, combined with water pressure, ensures that its center precisely covers the pallet holes, fully guarding the unperforated region.
This cleverly unpunched section acts like a check valve, effectively preventing any backflow of liquid into the aeration system.
This design efficiently halts any potential backflow of liquids into the aeration system, maintaining system integrity.
