The aerator's rubber membrane hose is expertly crafted from silicone and EPDM rubber, endowing it with exemplary attributes such as heat resistance, ozone resistance,
and resistance to acids and alkalis, along with commendable chemical stability. These qualities not only match but also surpass those of general rubber membranes, greatly
enhancing the aerator's service life.

The support body ingeniously employs a hollow, water-filled design, which significantly diminishes the aerator's buoyancy when submerged, thereby ensuring stability.

Featuring a clever design, the aeration holes are arranged in a zigzag pattern, providing excellent tension and instantaneous closure, enabling the release of micro-bubbles
with diameters smaller than 2MM. This ensures a remarkable oxygen utilization rate, ranging from 28% to 35%, fostering efficient and effective aeration.

The integration of air-guide tanks allows for the swift and uniform dispersal of gas within the aerator, ensuring that the aeration membrane tube experiences even tension.
This uniform gas bubble release profoundly enhances the aeration effect; the air guide groove is a precisely engineered narrow concave groove, onto which the rubber
membrane tube is perfectly fitted. In areas of the membrane without aeration holes, halting gas supply causes the rubber membrane to adhere closely to the guide groove,
preventing any occurrence of sewage backflow, thereby safeguarding the system's integrity.
