The impellers, crafted through precision casting or stamping, boast high accuracy, substantial thrust, and a sleek, compact design that marries functionality with aesthetic appeal.
The Low-Speed Push-Flow series products are designed with a cycloid pinwheel reducer, ensuring low power usage and rotational speed. They feature large-diameter impellers crafted from durable polyurethane and aluminum alloy, which offer high strength and exceptional corrosion resistance. Beyond mixing, these impellers excel in pushing and creating water flow, making them invaluable for wide service areas.
The motor winding of our submersible mixer is insulated with Class F material, offering an IP68 protection grade, making it ideal for wastewater plant aeration systems. This design significantly lowers system energy consumption while enhancing oxygenation and preventing sedimentation. For enhanced process efficiency, the direct-connected submersible mixer can be optionally equipped with a deflector cover.

Installation System:

The specialized installation system for the submersible mixer allows for rapid installation and dismantling without the need to drain the sewage from the pool.

is recommended for pool depths (H) less than 4 meters. The diving depth of the submersible mixer can be vertically adjusted as needed, with a maximum horizontal rotation angle around the guide bar of ±60°. The base of the lifting system, support frame, and lower bracket are all securely fixed with expansion bolts to the relevant connection surfaces of the pool, eliminating the need for pre-reserved holes.
For pool depths (H) greater than 4 meters, it is recommended to use Installation System

, which requires a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) at the pool's bottom. The base of the lifting system, rope fixing frame, and guiding base are fixed with expansion bolts to the relevant connection surfaces of the pool, also eliminating the need for pre-reserved holes. Installation System II substitutes guide ropes for guide rods, ensuring easy transportation and simple on-site installation. This system effectively prevents bending and deformation of the guide rod during transportation, which can hinder normal operation. It also addresses issues with lifting, caused by guide rod installation errors in deep pools. Under cantilevered pool top conditions (as shown in the picture), the operation is more convenient and reliable.
When ordering, please provide the pool depth (H) and the pool type diagram to help the factory determine the correct size for the guide rod or guide wire processing. The installation system is constructed from stainless steel (or carbon steel). Besides the guide bar or guide wire and lifting base, multiple mixers can share one set of lifting devices (unless users have specific requirements).
