PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The rubber membrane hose, crafted from high-grade silicone and EPDM rubber, boasts remarkable attributes such as resistance to heat, ozone, acid and alkali, and superb chemical stability.
These qualities make it exceptionally durable and reliable, significantly enhancing its service life when compared to conventional rubber membranes.
Compared to standard rubber membranes, this innovative design substantially extends the lifespan of the product.
01
The support body features a hollow, water-filled design, which effectively minimizes the aerator's buoyancy in water, enhancing stability.
By reducing the buoyancy, the aerator operates more efficiently within aquatic environments.
02
Ingeniously designed zigzag aeration holes provide excellent tension and rapid closure, enabling the release of micro-bubbles smaller than 2MM.
This design ensures an impressive oxygen utilization rate, achieving an efficiency range of 28% to 35%.
03
Equipped with air-guide tanks, the aerator ensures rapid and uniform gas distribution within, enhancing the uniformity and extending the lifespan of the aeration membrane tube.
The precision-engineered air-guide groove facilitates the even release of gas bubbles, optimizing the aeration effect and ensuring longevity.
The narrow concave air-guide groove, with no aeration holes on the rubber membrane tube, prevents sewage backflow by sealing tightly when gas supply is halted.
When the air supply ceases, the rubber membrane adheres closely to the groove, effectively preventing the reverse flow of wastewater.
This design innovation protects against sewage backflow, ensuring consistent and reliable operation.
