This advanced sheet design has the freedom to rebound seamlessly, effectively eliminating stress concentration to prevent wear and tear on the diaphragm.
Our design addresses the usual pitfalls, such as tears and fall-off phenomena caused by stress concentration, by integrating a robust sealing mechanism between the diaphragm and the support plate.
By implementing a reverse buckle folding structure in the seal between the diaphragm and the support plate, we significantly enhance performance, extending the product's life and preventing diaphragm detachment.
The sealing between the diaphragm and the support plate boasts exceptional performance, ensuring longevity and efficiently averting any detachment of the diaphragm.


Featuring an intrinsic check valve design with a center-thickened, non-porous composition, our diaphragm stands out in reliability and functionality.
Upon ceasing the air supply, the diaphragm smartly retracts to the pallet hole, driven by water pressure and its own elasticity, ensuring a perfect fit.
This intelligent design allows the diaphragm to settle back onto the pallet holes when the air supply ceases, supported by its elasticity and natural water pressure, while the unperforated section performs a crucial role.
The strategically unpunched area precisely covers the air release outlet, acting like a sophisticated check valve to prevent reverse liquid flow into the aeration system.
Thus, it effectively halts any potential backflow of liquids into the aeration system, maintaining operational integrity.
