The QJB submersible mixer is available in two distinct series: the mixed mixing series and the low-speed push current series.
Our mixing series mixers are expertly designed for wastewater treatment plants and various industrial processes, ensuring efficient mixing of liquids containing suspended solids.
The low-speed push-flow series mixers are ideally suited for both industrial and urban wastewater treatment plant aeration tanks. They generate a robust yet low tangential water flow, perfect for circulatory processes including nitrification, denitrification, and dephosphorization stages, facilitating optimal water flow management.

* Suitable for long-term submersible operations with a diving depth generally not exceeding 20M.

Structural characteristics

Our mixing and stirring series products are engineered with cutting-edge multi-pole motors that feature a direct-connected structure, ensuring low energy consumption and unparalleled efficiency. The impellers, meticulously crafted through precision casting or stamping, boast high accuracy, immense thrust, an elegant and smooth finish, and a compact, space-saving design.
The low-speed push-flow series is designed with a robust cycloid pinwheel reducer, offering low power consumption and rotational speed. With a large impeller diameter, these products cover a vast service area. Constructed from high-strength polyurethane and aluminum alloy casting, the impellers are not only strong and corrosion-resistant but also excel in both mixing and pushing flow, effectively generating dynamic water currents.
The submersible mixer's motor winding is insulated with class F and boasts a protection grade of IP68. Specifically utilized in the aeration systems of wastewater plants, this mixer significantly reduces system energy consumption while enhancing oxygenation and preventing sedimentation. For increased versatility, the direct-connected submersible mixer can be optionally equipped with a deflector cover to meet varied process requirements.

Installation System:

The special installation system for the submersible mixer allows for quick installation and dismantling without needing to discharge sewage from the pool.

is recommended for pool depths H<4 meters. The submersible mixer's diving depth can be adjusted vertically as needed, with a maximum horizontal rotation angle of ±60° around the guide bar. The base of the lifting system, support frame, and lower bracket are all fixed with expansion bolts on the relevant connection surfaces with the pool, negating the need to reserve holes.
For pool depths H>4 meters, it is recommended to use Installation System

. This system requires a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) at the bottom of the pool. The lifting system base, rope fixing frame, and guiding base are all affixed with expansion bolts on the relevant connection surfaces, avoiding the need for reserved holes. Installation System II replaces guide rods with guide ropes, ensuring easy transportation and straightforward on-site installation. This system effectively prevents guide rod bending and deformation due to transportation, which can affect normal use, and addresses issues with lifting due to guide rod installation errors in deep pools. It allows for convenient and reliable operation under cantilevered pool top installation conditions (as shown in the picture).
When ordering, please provide the pool depth H and the pool type diagram to help determine the guide rod or guide wire processing size. The installation system is crafted from stainless steel (or carbon steel). Besides the guide bar or guide wire and lifting base in the system, multiple mixers can share a single lifting device (unless specified otherwise).
