The aerator's support body features a hollow, water-filled design, remarkably reducing buoyancy in water. This innovative approach drastically minimizes
the flotation challenges typically encountered by aerators, enhancing performance stability.

Our aeration holes are uniquely zigzag-shaped, offering excellent tension and quick closure. They enable the release of micro-bubbles as small as 2MM in diameter, achieving
an oxygen utilization rate of 28% to 35%, maximizing oxygen transfer for superior treatment efficiency.

Utilizing advanced air-guide tanks, the aerator ensures rapid and consistent gas distribution within. This promotes a uniform force across the aeration membrane tube,
enhancing its lifespan and optimizing the release and uniformity of gas bubbles for an improved aeration effect. The air guide groove is a sophisticated narrow concave design,
with the rubber membrane tube strategically placed on it, devoid of aeration holes in specific areas.
Upon cessation of gas supply, the rubber membrane snugly adheres to the guide groove, effectively
preventing sewage backflow, thereby maintaining operational integrity and system reliability.
