In view of the above problems, after years of experimentation, with the help of peer design experience, we have successfully developed the curved surface mixer, which has been used in many sewage treatment plants for many years, and has gained good results.
 
 
Scope of application
GSJ/QSJ series vertical circulation multi-curved surface mixer. It is widely used in environmental protection, chemical industry, energy, light industry and other industries need to liquid solid, liquid, gas exchange occasions, especially for sewage treatment process coagulation tank, regulating tank, anaerobic tank, aeration tank nitrification and denitrification tank and a variety of abrasive, high-temperature media mixing and blending.
 
Structure
The hyperbolic mixer can be divided into GSJ type (dry type) and QSJ type (submersible type) according to the installation method.
GSJ type multi-curved mixer consists of gear motor, shock absorbing seat, mixing shaft, hyperbolic impeller, electric control box, bridge (users can provide), etc. QSJ type hyperbolic mixer consists of frame, lifting rope, main machine, hyperbolic impeller and electric control box, etc.
 
Working Principle
The upper surface of the curved impeller body of G/QSJ series vertical circulating multi-curved mixer is a hyperbolic structure formed by the rotation of hyperbolic bus around the axis of the impeller body, and its unique design of the impeller structure maximizes the combination of fluid characteristics and mechanical movement. Working Characteristics

Sizing Applications
The selection of multi-curved mixers is exactly the same, the only difference between the two is the installation method. As with other types of mixers, the selection of curved mixers is related to the type of pool in which the equipment is located, the volume, the depth of the liquid, the concentration of the medium, the temperature, and the acidity and alkalinity of the PH and other parameters.
Curved mixer selection is mainly based on: the effective service area of each device to determine, and in accordance with the pool length and width of the ratio of not more than two times the principle of a rectangular pool can be divided into a number of equal work units, in order to determine the number of mixers.

Installation
GSJ series installation steps
1,The bridge should be corrected horizontal, half bridge column should be corrected vertical. Ground bolts and connection parts should be solid and reliable.
2,Place the shock absorber seat flatly on the specified position of the bridge, and connect and fix it with the bridge after correcting the level.
3,Gearbox motor is installed on the shock absorber seat and connected and fixed.
4,Bolt the impeller to the flange of the mixing shaft and fasten it.
5,Put the impeller and mixing shaft into the pool, connect the mixing shaft with the output shaft of reducer and fasten it. In case of water, the shaft and impeller should be connected and put into the water first, and then the shaft should be connected with the speed reducer.
6,After the mixer is installed, the mixing shaft should be vertical to the horizontal plane. The vertical deviation is less than 1/1000.
7,After installation, remove the motor tail cover, transfer the fan blade by hand, and check whether the mixer transfer is flexible and normal. The deviation of mixing shaft swing should be less than 3/1000.
8,After connecting the power supply, point and observe the direction of mixing shaft transit, the correct transit direction is counterclockwise rotation from the top to the bottom. If it is vice versa, it will change 2 power wiring positions arbitrarily.
9, the installation of electrical equipment must be in accordance with relevant state regulations and safety regulations.
 
QSJ series installation steps
1, on the shore for a short period of time to observe the impeller transfer direction, from top to bottom to see the correct transfer direction for counterclockwise rotation. If it is vice versa, then switch 2 power wiring positions arbitrarily.
2, the motor cable and sling separate fixed, never cable steel rope bundled together. To prevent the steel rope and cable involved in the impeller.
3,Use the crane to pick up the hyperbolic surface, slowly put it into the pool to develop the position, be careful not to hit the pool wall.
4,Fix one end of the fixed rope to the bank, and connect the cable to the electric control cabinet.
 
Maintenance
1,New machine needs to replace the reducer lubricant and clean up the internal oil pollution after 200 to 300 hours of operation. Later, it can be replaced once in half a year to one year; for details about the use of gear motor, please refer to the manufacturer's instruction manual.
2,Regularly check the mixing shaft lock nut, each connecting bolt has no loosening.
3,Check the swinging of mixing shaft regularly, and remove the tangles on the impeller and shaft in time.
4,Check the transit parts regularly for abnormal sound and temperature rise.
5,Check the current regularly for any abnormal change.
6,The insulation of the motor should be checked before the equipment is turned on again after a long time of non-working, and at the same time to prevent the sediments from being silted up for a long time to cause starting difficulty and damage to the motor and impeller.
