The low-speed push-flow series within our product range utilizes a cycloid pinwheel reducer. These mixers are designed for optimal performance with low power consumption, reduced rotational speeds, and larger impeller diameters. Made from highly durable polyurethane and aluminum alloy casting, the impellers exhibit exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. Beyond mere mixing, these advanced impellers are also highly effective in pushing and creating water flow, significantly broadening their application scope.
Equipped with class F insulated motor windings and an IP68 protection grade, our submersible mixers are ideal for wastewater treatment aeration systems. These mixers substantially reduce energy consumption and enhance oxygenation, effectively preventing sedimentation. For process-specific needs, the direct-connected submersible mixers can be outfitted with a deflector cover, further augmenting their efficiency and versatility.

Installation System:

Our specialized installation system for the submersible mixer allows for quick installation and removal without the need to discharge sewage from the pool.

is recommended when the pool depth (H) is less than 4 meters. The submersible mixer's diving depth can be adjusted vertically as needed, with a maximum horizontal rotation angle around the guide bar of ±60°. The lifting system's base, support frame, and lower bracket are securely fixed with expansion bolts to the relevant pool connection surfaces, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes.
When the pool depth (H) exceeds 4 meters, it is advisable to use Installation System

which requires a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) at the pool's bottom. The lifting system's base, rope fixing frame, and guiding base are all securely fixed with expansion bolts to the relevant pool connection surfaces, without the need for pre-drilled holes. Installation System II replaces guide rods with guide ropes, facilitating easy transportation and simple on-site installation. This system effectively prevents guide rod bending and deformation during transportation, which could hinder normal system operation, and addresses installation errors due to excessive pool depth. It offers convenient and reliable operation, especially under cantilevered pool top conditions (as shown in the picture).
When ordering, please provide the pool depth (H) and a pool type diagram to enable accurate sizing of guide rods or guide wires. The installation system is constructed from stainless steel (or carbon steel). Apart from the guide bar or guide wire and lifting base in the installation system, multiple mixers can share a single lifting device (unless otherwise specified by the user).
