PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The Rubber Membrane Hose is crafted from high-grade silicone and EPDM rubber, renowned for its exceptional heat resistance, ozone resistance, and chemical stability.
It offers superior acid and alkali resistance, greatly enhancing the hose's durability and lifespan compared to conventional rubber membranes.
These advanced materials significantly extend the service life of the hose, reducing long-term maintenance costs.
01
The support body is ingeniously designed with a hollow, water-filled form that significantly reduces buoyancy, ensuring stability in water.
This innovative design minimizes the aerator's buoyancy in water, enhancing its operational efficiency.
02
Aeration holes are designed in a zigzag pattern, providing excellent tension and instantaneous closure. This design allows for the release of micro-bubbles less than 2mm in diameter, optimizing the oxygen transfer rate.
Achieve an outstanding oxygen utilization rate between 28% to 35%, ensuring effective treatment.
03
Our aerator features air-guide tanks that facilitate rapid, uniform gas distribution within, ensuring the aeration membrane tube is evenly stressed.
This uniformity extends the life of the membrane and enhances bubble release consistency, optimizing the aeration effect.
The air guide groove is a meticulously designed narrow concave groove, ensuring the rubber membrane tube remains intact and effective.
When not in use, the rubber membrane adheres closely to the groove, preventing sewage backflow and maintaining system integrity.
Upon cessation of air supply, the rubber membrane securely seals against the air guide groove, effectively preventing backflow and ensuring system reliability.
