Our Mixing Series mixers are ideal for both sewage treatment plants and diverse industrial processes, expertly blending liquids that contain suspended solids for optimal results.
The Low-speed Push-flow Series mixer is designed for excellence in both industrial and urban wastewater treatment plant aeration tanks. It generates a low tangential, high-force water flow, perfect for essential processes such as circulation, nitrification, denitrification, and dephosphorization, ensuring dynamic water movement and superior treatment outcomes.

Our mixing and stirring series products feature multi-pole motors with a direct-connected structure, ensuring low energy consumption coupled with high efficiency. The impellers are meticulously crafted through precision casting or stamping, resulting in high precision, substantial thrust, and a sleek, compact design that is both beautiful and smooth in appearance.
Our low-speed push-flow series products are equipped with a cycloid pinwheel reducer, designed to provide low power consumption and low rotational speed. The large impeller, made from durable polyurethane material and aluminum alloy casting, offers exceptional strength and robust corrosion resistance. Besides mixing, these products are also capable of generating and pushing the flow, creating an extensive service area.
The submersible mixer's motor winding is insulated with Class F material, offering a protection grade of IP68. This configuration is ideal for the aeration systems in wastewater plants, significantly reducing energy consumption and enhancing oxygenation, while effectively preventing sedimentation. Depending on process requirements, the direct-connected submersible mixing units can be outfitted with a deflector cover for optimized performance.

Our specialized installation system allows for quick and efficient mounting and dismounting of the submersible mixer without the need to drain the sewage from the pool.

The submersible mixer's diving depth can be vertically adjusted as required, with a maximum rotation angle of ±60° around the guide bar in the horizontal plane. The base of the lifting system, support frame, and lower bracket are securely fixed with expansion bolts on the relevant connection surfaces with the pool, eliminating the need for pre-reserved holes.
When the pool depth (H) exceeds 4 meters, it is advisable to use Installation System

, which requires a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) at the pool bottom. The base of the lifting system, rope fixing frame, and guiding base are fixed with expansion bolts on the relevant connection surfaces with the pool, without the need for pre-reserved holes. This system replaces the guide rods with guide ropes, facilitating easy transportation and simple on-site installation. It effectively prevents guide rod bending or deformation during transport and eliminates installation errors that can impede normal lifting operations, especially in deeper pools. The cantilevered pool top (as depicted) ensures more convenient and reliable operation.
When placing an order, please provide the pool depth (H) and a pool type diagram to allow the factory to determine the size of the guide rod or guide wire. The installation system is constructed from stainless steel (or carbon steel). Besides the guide bar or guide wire and lifting base, multiple mixers can share one set of lifting devices, except when user-specific requirements dictate otherwise.
