The QJB submersible mixer is expertly engineered into two distinctive series: the mixing series and the low-speed push flow series.
1. The mixing series mixer excels at blending liquids that contain suspended solids, making it ideal for the dynamic environments of sewage treatment plants and various industrial processes.
2. The low-speed push flow series mixer is specially designed for aeration tanks within industrial and urban sewage treatment facilities. It generates an impressive, robust water flow characterized by its low tangential movement. This allows it to be instrumental in processes such as circulation, nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal, ensuring optimal water flow.
For optimal performance, the mixer must be capable of continuous and normal operation under the specified conditions:
