PRODUCT STRUCTURE
Crafted from premium materials, the rubber membrane hose incorporates both silicone and EPDM rubber, revered for their remarkable heat resistance, ozone resistance, and unparalleled chemical stability. These characteristics ensure excellent performance even in harsh environments.
With outstanding resistance to heat, ozone, acids, and alkalis, our rubber membrane far surpasses ordinary rubber membranes, significantly enhancing service longevity and overall durability.
In comparison to standard options, it offers exceptional resilience and prolonged service life.
01
Ingeniously designed with a hollow, water-filled support body, this feature dramatically minimizes the aerator's buoyancy when submerged, enhancing operational stability and efficiency.
The buoyancy is impressively reduced, allowing for more efficient operation within the water.
02
Innovative aeration holes are crafted in a zigzag pattern, granting optimal tension and instantaneous closure. This allows for micro-bubbles of less than 2MM in diameter to be released, achieving a remarkable oxygen utilization rate of 28 to 35%.
This design ensures a high oxygen utilization rate, transforming the aeration process into a highly efficient operation.
03
Featuring advanced air-guide tanks, the aerator ensures rapid and uniform gas distribution, enhancing the longevity and durability of the aeration membrane tube. This uniformity in gas release improves overall aeration effectiveness.
The air-guide groove, with its narrow concave design, allows the rubber membrane to fit perfectly, ensuring no aeration holes are open when gas supply is halted.
Our innovative design prevents backflow, as the rubber membrane securely adheres to the air-guide groove when gas supply ceases, ensuring a contamination-free environment.
When the air supply is discontinued, the rubber membrane hugs the guide groove tightly, effectively halting any backflow of sewage.
This mechanism ensures the prevention of sewage backflow, maintaining pristine operational conditions and extending the service life of the aerator.
