The low-speed push-flow series utilizes a cycloid pinwheel reducer, featuring low power consumption, low rotational speed, and a large-diameter impeller for extensive service areas. The impeller, constructed from robust polyurethane material and aluminum alloy casting, provides exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. Beyond mixing, this series excels in pushing and creating water flow, enhancing overall system performance.
Equipped with Class F insulated motor windings and an IP68 protection grade, our submersible mixers are an integral part of wastewater plant aeration systems. They significantly reduce system energy consumption while enhancing oxygenation and preventing sedimentation. Depending on process requirements, these mixers can also include a deflector cover for optimized performance.

Our specialized installation system allows for rapid installation and dismantling of the submersible mixer without the need to drain the sewage from the pool.

is recommended for pool depths H<4 meters. The diving depth of the submersible mixer can be adjusted vertically as required. The maximum rotation angle around the guide bar in the horizontal plane is ±60°. The lifting system's base, support frame, and lower bracket are all anchored with expansion bolts to the pool's connection surfaces, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes.
When the pool depth H>4 meters, the installation system

is recommended. A concrete (or steel structure) foundation needs to be constructed at the pool's bottom. The lifting system's base, rope fixing frame, and guiding base are all secured with expansion bolts to the pool's connection surfaces, also eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes. Installation system II uses guide ropes instead of guide bars, facilitating easy transportation and simple on-site installation. This system prevents guide rod bending or deformation during transport, which can impact normal use. It also effectively addresses issues with lifting due to installation errors when the pool depth is too great. This setup is especially convenient and reliable for cantilevered pool tops.
When ordering, please provide the pool depth H and a diagram of the pool type to allow the factory to determine the appropriate size for the guide rod or guide wire. The installation system is constructed from stainless steel (or carbon steel). Multiple mixers can share one lifting device set (except when special requirements are specified by the user), aside from the guide bar or guide wire and lifting base in the installation system.
