The low-speed push-flow series products incorporate a cycloid pinwheel reducer and are equipped with low power consumption motors, low rotational speed, and large-diameter impellers. These impellers, made from high-strength polyurethane material and aluminum alloy casting, offer strong corrosion resistance. Not only do they excel in mixing capabilities, but they also efficiently push and create water flow across a broad service area.
The submersible mixer's motor winding features class F insulation and an IP68 protection grade, making it perfect for use in wastewater plant aeration systems. This design significantly reduces system energy consumption while enhancing oxygenation and preventing sedimentation. Depending on the process requirements, the direct-connected submersible mixing system can be fitted with a deflector cover to optimize performance.

The specialized installation system of our submersible mixer allows for rapid installation and dismantling without the need to drain the sewage in the pool.

is recommended for pool depths of H<4 meters. The submersible mixer's diving depth can be adjusted vertically as needed, with a maximum horizontal plane rotation angle of ±60° around the guide bar. The lifting system's base, support frame, and lower bracket are securely fixed with expansion bolts on the relevant connection surfaces with the pool, eliminating the need for reserved holes.
For pool depths of H>4 meters, it is recommended to use installation system

, which requires a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) at the pool bottom. The lifting system's base, rope fixing frame, and guiding base are secured with expansion bolts on the relevant connection surfaces with the pool, also without the need for reserved holes. Installation system II replaces guide rods with guide ropes, allowing for easy transportation and simple on-site installation. This system effectively prevents guide rod bending and deformation during transportation, ensuring normal use and preventing lifting issues caused by installation errors in deeper pools. The system offers more convenient and reliable operation under cantilevered pool top conditions (as depicted in the picture).
When placing an order, please provide the pool depth H and a pool type diagram, enabling the factory to determine the appropriate size for the guide rod or guide wire. The installation system is constructed from stainless steel (or carbon steel). Besides the guide bar or guide wire and lifting base in the installation system, multiple mixers can utilize a single lifting device set (except when users have special requirements).
