PRODUCT STRUCTURE

The robust rubber membrane hose is crafted from high-quality silicone and EPDM rubber, renowned for its heat resistance, ozone
resistance, and remarkable stability against acids and alkalis, providing superior chemical stability. Compared to standard rubber,
it significantly enhances its operational lifespan.

The support body is ingeniously designed with a hollow, water-filled structure, dramatically reducing the aerator's buoyancy within
the water, thus enhancing its stability and performance.

The aeration holes are innovatively designed in a zigzag pattern, providing excellent tension and immediate closure, enabling the
release of micro-bubbles with diameters less than 2MM, achieving an outstanding oxygen utilization rate of 28 to 35%.

Equipped with air-guide tanks, ensuring rapid and uniform gas distribution within the aerator, enhancing the durability and
efficiency of the aeration membrane tube. The uniform release of gas bubbles significantly improves the aeration effect; the
air-guide groove is a narrow concave design, with the rubber membrane tube placed securely over it, devoid of aeration holes.
When air supply is halted, the rubber membrane snugly adheres to the air guide groove, effectively preventing sewage backflow.
