PRODUCT STRUCTURE
Our rubber membrane hose, crafted from premium silicone and EPDM rubber, excels in heat and ozone resistance, as well as acid and
alkali resistance, offering superior chemical stability. This enhances the service life significantly compared to standard rubber.
Compared with general rubber membranes, it significantly prolongs its lifespan, making it a worthy investment.
01
The support body is ingeniously designed with a hollow, water-filled form, effectively minimizing the aerator's buoyancy in water.
This reduction in buoyancy ensures a stable, efficient operation.
02
Featuring zigzagged aeration holes, this design endows the system with optimal tension and instantaneous closure, releasing bubbles
with diameters less than 2MM. Achieving a high oxygen utilization rate of 28% to 35%, it optimizes aeration efficiency.
03
Utilizing air-guide tanks, it ensures rapid and uniform gas distribution within the membrane tube, enhancing the aeration effect.
This uniform distribution prolongs the tube's lifespan and ensures consistent gas bubble release, improving overall performance.
The air guide groove, a narrow concave feature, ensures the rubber membrane tube remains sealed against it when gas supply halts,
preventing backflow of sewage. When the air supply is paused, the rubber firmly adheres to the guide groove, maintaining integrity.
This innovative design ensures that backflow is prevented, safeguarding the system from potential contamination.
