PRODUCT STRUCTURE

The rubber membrane hose is meticulously crafted from premium silicone and EPDM rubber, embodying remarkable attributes such as heat resistance, ozone resistance,
acid and alkali resistance, and unparalleled chemical stability. These characteristics significantly outshine those of conventional rubber membranes, offering
a prolonged and enhanced service life.

Ingeniously designed, the support body features a hollow, water-filled form that considerably diminishes the aerator's buoyancy in water, ensuring stability.
The buoyancy of the aerator in the water is significantly minimized.

Aeration holes are crafted in a zigzag long-hole pattern, offering excellent tension and prompt closure. This allows the release of micro-bubbles
smaller than 2MM in diameter, achieving an impressive oxygen utilization rate of 28 ~ 35%.

Incorporating air-guide tanks, the aerator ensures rapid and uniform gas distribution within, enhancing the longevity and efficiency of the
aeration membrane tube. The design ensures uniform gas release, further elevating the aeration effect. The air guide groove, a narrow concave groove,
facilitates the rubber membrane tube's placement. This area remains aperture-free, ensuring the rubber membrane snugly adheres to the guide groove
when air supply ceases, thereby preventing sewage backflow.
When the air supply is halted, the rubber membrane clings firmly to the air guide groove, effectively thwarting any sewage backflow.
