Our robust Mixing and Stirring Series Submersible Mixer is designed to excel in various water treatment applications.
Essential for both process and industrial operations, it ensures uniform mixing of solid-liquid or solid-liquid-gas media, facilitating consistent reactions.

Applicable wherever maintaining separation of two or three phases is crucial. Submersible mixers operate reliably under these conditions:

The low-speed push-flow series features a robust cycloid pinwheel reducer, designed for low power consumption and low rotational speeds. With a large impeller diameter, these mixers cover a wide service area. The impeller, constructed from high-strength polyurethane material and aluminum alloy casting, exhibits exceptional corrosion resistance. Beyond mixing, it effectively pushes flow and generates substantial water movement, making it an indispensable tool for water treatment.
Equipped with a motor winding insulated to class F and an IP68 protection grade, our submersible mixers are integral to the aeration systems of wastewater plants. They substantially reduce system energy consumption while significantly enhancing oxygenation and preventing sedimentation. For tailored process requirements, these mixers can be optionally equipped with a deflector cover, enhancing their versatility in submersible mixing applications.

The specialized installation system for our submersible mixer allows for quick installation and dismantling without draining the sewage from the pool.

The vertical diving depth of the mixer can be adjusted as needed, and it offers a maximum horizontal rotation angle of ±60° around the guide bar. The lifting system's base, support frame, and lower bracket are secured with expansion bolts to the pool's relevant connection surfaces, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes.
For pool depths greater than 4 meters, we recommend using installation system

, which requires a concrete or steel structure foundation at the pool's bottom. The base of the lifting system, rope fixing frame, and guiding base are secured with expansion bolts to the pool's relevant connection surfaces, also negating the need for pre-drilled holes. Installation system II uses guide ropes, ensuring easy transport and straightforward on-site setup. This system avoids the bending and deformation of the guide rod during transport, which can impede normal use, and effectively addresses the issue of improper lifting due to guide rod installation errors in deeper pools. The setup is particularly convenient and reliable when installed under cantilevered pool tops, as depicted in the accompanying diagram.
When placing an order, please provide the pool depth (H) and the pool type diagram to determine the appropriate guide rod or guide wire dimensions. The installation system is available in stainless steel or carbon steel. Apart from the guide bar or guide wire and lifting base, multiple mixers can share one set of lifting devices (unless specified otherwise by the user).
