These mixers are designed to ensure a uniform mixing reaction of solid-liquid or solid-liquid-gas media, crucial for both process and industrial applications.

The impellers, crafted through precision casting or stamping, boast high precision, immense thrust, and a beautifully sleek, compact design.
Our low-speed push-flow series leverages the advanced cycloid pinwheel reducer. These products are designed with low power requirements, reduced rotational speeds, and large-diameter impellers, offering an extensive service area. Constructed from durable polyurethane and aluminum alloy casting, the impellers exhibit superior strength and corrosion resistance. Beyond mixing, they effectively push and create water flow.
The motor winding of our submersible mixer is insulated with class F, offering an IP68 protection grade. Ideal for wastewater plant aeration systems, these mixers drastically reduce energy consumption while significantly enhancing oxygenation and preventing sedimentation. For specific process requirements, a direct-connected submersible mixer can be equipped with an optional deflector cover.

Installation System

Our specialized installation system allows for quick and easy installation and dismantling of the submersible mixer without the need to discharge the pool's contents.
Installation System

is ideal for pools with a depth of less than 4 meters. The submersible mixer's diving depth can be adjusted vertically as required, with a maximum horizontal rotation angle of ±60°. The lifting system base, support frame, and lower bracket are secured with expansion bolts on the relevant connection surfaces with the pool, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes.
For pools deeper than 4 meters, we recommend using Installation System

which requires a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) at the pool's bottom. The base of the lifting system, rope fixing frame, and guiding base are also secured with expansion bolts, and no pre-drilled holes are necessary. This system replaces guide rods with guide ropes, ensuring easy transportation and hassle-free on-site installation. It effectively prevents bending or deformation of the guide rod during transportation, which can affect the system's normal operation. This system offers more reliable operation, particularly under cantilevered pool tops (as pictured).
When placing an order, please provide the pool depth (H) and a diagram of the pool type. This information helps us determine the appropriate size for the guide rod or guide wire. The installation system is available in stainless steel (or carbon steel). Multiple mixers can share a single lifting device, except where special user requirements apply.
