The QJB Submersible Mixer is a versatile solution, available in two distinct series: the high-efficiency mixed mixing series and the low-speed push current series.
Our Mixing Series Mixers are meticulously engineered for optimal performance in sewage treatment plants and various industrial processes, effectively blending liquids that contain suspended solids with unparalleled efficiency.
The Low-Speed Push-Flow Series Mixer is the ideal choice for both industrial and urban wastewater treatment plant aeration tanks. It generates a low tangential, yet powerful water flow, making it perfect for stages of circulation, nitrification, denitrification, and dephosphorization. This ensures robust water movement throughout the treatment process.

The QJB series submersible mixer is perfectly suited for an array of water treatment scenarios.
This mixer is essential for maintaining homogeneous mixing reactions in processes involving solid, liquid, or combined solid-liquid-gas media.

The low-speed push-flow series is designed with an advanced cycloid pinwheel reducer, featuring low power consumption, reduced rotational speed, and a large impeller diameter, making it suitable for extensive service areas. Constructed from robust polyurethane material and aluminum alloy castings, the impeller offers high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Beyond mixing, it excels in pushing and creating water flow, making it a versatile addition to your system.
Our submersible mixer motors are insulated with class F materials and have an IP68 protection grade, making them ideal for the aeration systems of wastewater plants. This design significantly reduces system energy consumption, enhances oxygenation, and effectively prevents sedimentation. For added versatility, the direct-connected submersible mixer can be equipped with a deflector cover to meet specific process requirements.

Our specialized installation system for the submersible mixer allows for quick and easy installation and dismantling without the need to discharge the sewage from the pool.

is ideal for pools with a depth of less than 4 meters. The depth of the submersible mixer can be adjusted vertically as necessary, with a maximum rotation angle around the guide bar of ±60° in the horizontal plane. The lifting system's base, support frame, and lower bracket are securely fixed with expansion bolts on the pool's connection surfaces, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes.
For pools deeper than 4 meters, we recommend Installation System

, which requires a concrete foundation or a steel structure base at the bottom of the pool. The lifting system's base, rope fixing frame, and guiding base are attached with expansion bolts to the pool's connection surfaces, without the need for pre-drilled holes. This system replaces guide rods with guide ropes, facilitating easy transportation and simple on-site installation. It effectively prevents guide rod bending or deformation during transportation, ensuring normal operation even when the pool depth is significant. The cantilevered pool top configuration (as illustrated in the image) offers convenient and reliable operation.
When placing an order, please provide the pool depth and a diagram of the pool type to help us determine the dimensions for processing the guide rod or guide wire. The installation system is constructed from stainless steel (or carbon steel). Additionally, except for specific user requirements, multiple mixers can share a single lifting device within the installation system.
