The low-speed push-flow series mixers are perfect for industrial and urban wastewater treatment plant aeration tanks. They generate strong water flow with low tangential currents, making them ideal for circulation, nitrification, denitrification, and dephosphorization stages.

They ensure uniform mixing in processes requiring solid-liquid or solid-liquid-gas phase media interaction in industrial settings.
Introducing the QJB (T) Type Submersible Mixer:
* Ideal for sewage and wastewater/activated sludge mixing.

* Suitable for acid, alkali neutralization, and pH value adjustment processes.

The specialized installation system allows for quick installation and removal of the submersible mixer without the need to discharge sewage from the pool.

For pool depths less than 4 meters (H<4), the Qjb Stainless Steel Submersible Mixer is highly recommended. The adjustable diving depth of this mixer allows for vertical adjustment and a maximum rotational angle of ±60° around the guide bar in the horizontal plane. Installation is made easy as the lifting system's base, support frame, and lower bracket are all securely fastened with expansion bolts on the relevant pool connection surfaces, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes.
For pool depths exceeding 4 meters (H>4), it is advisable to utilize the enhanced installation system.

For pools with depths greater than 4 meters, it is essential to construct a concrete foundation or steel structure base at the pool's bottom. The lifting system's base, rope fixing frame, and guiding base are secured with expansion bolts on the relevant connection surfaces, obviating the need for reserved holes. Installation System II replaces traditional guide rods with guide ropes, ensuring easy transportation and straightforward on-site installation. This method effectively mitigates issues related to guide rod bending or deformation during transport, which could impede normal system function. It also addresses potential installation errors, thereby guaranteeing reliable operation even in cantilevered pool tops, as shown in the accompanying illustration.
When placing an order, please specify the pool depth (H) and provide a pool type diagram. This information is crucial for the factory to determine the appropriate size for the guide rod or guide wire processing. The installation system is available in stainless steel or carbon steel. Notably, one lifting device can be shared among multiple mixers, except when special requirements are specified by the user.

Installation precautions:

Ensure the guide bar or guide wire is perfectly vertical. A lead hammer can be used for accurate alignment.
