Product Description

The standard aerator rubber diaphragm has been innovatively transformed into a sophisticated rubber diaphragm with extension compensation, enhancing functionality.
The new diaphragm sheet is engineered to freely rebound, skillfully averting the stress concentration that typically plagues traditional diaphragms.
By addressing stress concentration, this design prevents the dreaded tear and detachment issues, ensuring robust usage between the diaphragm and support plate via superior sealing.
Employing an advanced reverse buckle folding structure for sealing between the diaphragm and support plate, this design dramatically extends product longevity and robustly prevents diaphragm detachment.
Through excellent sealing between the diaphragm and the support plate, this ingenious design significantly prolongs the product's lifespan and effectively eliminates diaphragm detachment issues.


The diaphragm features an innovative check valve design - a center-thickened, non-porous configuration for enhanced performance.
Upon air supply shutdown, water pressure and diaphragm elasticity synergize to return the diaphragm's center to its original position over the pallet hole.
Once the air supply ceases, the diaphragm's central region, under water pressure and its inherent elasticity, settles over the pallet holes, and the unperforated area
Cleverly positioned, the unpunched area shields the air release hole, mirroring the function of a check valve to prevent any backflow into the aeration system.
Effectively halting any liquid backflow into the aeration system, ensuring seamless operation.
