Uses:
The QXB type centrifugal submersible aerator is expertly crafted for a range of applications, including the aeration ponds of sewage treatment plants, aeration and sand sedimentation ponds, and the oxygenation and mixing of sewage sludge mixtures. Additionally, it serves a crucial role in the biochemical treatment of sewage and offers effective oxygenation for aquaculture ponds, ensuring optimal water quality and environmental health.
Principle:
The QXB type centrifugal submersible aerator features a direct connection structure. The rotating impeller generates a powerful centrifugal force in the water, creating a negative pressure zone around the impeller. Air is seamlessly drawn in through the inlet pipe, mixed with water in the mixing disc, and then the thoroughly blended air-water mixture is elegantly discharged from the outlet, ensuring comprehensive and efficient aeration.
This sophisticated process encompasses several elements: the air and water mix in the mixing disc to create a dynamic gas-liquid blending effect. The resulting gas-liquid mixture circulates and convects upon being expelled from the outlet. A multitude of air molecules engage in high-speed motion, enhancing oxygen absorption efficiency and ensuring superior oxygenation.
The QXB submersible aerator operates by employing an impeller to generate a robust water flow. This flow traverses an air intake system, initiating negative pressure that draws air seamlessly into the water. The air-water amalgam is then diffused uniformly throughout the water body, elevating oxygen levels and fostering thorough mixing.
Submersible Motor: Engineered to function underwater, the motor drives the impeller, delivering stable and uninterrupted performance.
Rotor/Impeller: The rotor induces agitation, ensuring effective air-water mixing. The impeller's design is meticulously optimized for exceptional oxygen transfer efficiency.
