This technology is essential in processes where maintaining uniform mixing of solid, liquid, or solid-liquid-gas media is critical.

Applicable in various scenarios where maintaining separation of two or three phases is crucial. Our submersible mixers operate seamlessly and continuously under these conditions:
*Maximum medium temperature is 40ºC;
*PH value of the medium ranges between 5-9;
*Medium density does not exceed 1150Kg/m3.
*Designed for long-term submersible operations with a diving depth not exceeding 20M.

Structural characteristics

Our mixing and stirring series products are engineered with multi-pole motors featuring a direct-connected structure, ensuring low energy consumption and exceptional efficiency. The impellers, crafted through precision casting or stamping, boast high accuracy, remarkable thrust, and a sleek, compact design that is as aesthetically pleasing as it is powerful.
Our low-speed push-flow series products utilize a cycloid pinwheel reducer, equipped with low power consumption and rotational speed, a large impeller diameter, and a broad service area. The impeller, constructed from high-strength polyurethane material and aluminum alloy casting, provides exceptional corrosion resistance. Besides superior mixing capabilities, these products effectively push and create water flow, enhancing their versatility.
The submersible mixer's motor winding is insulated with Class F material and boasts an IP68 protection grade, perfect for the aeration systems in wastewater plants. This design significantly decreases energy consumption while improving oxygenation and preventing sedimentation. Additionally, for specific process requirements, a direct-connected submersible mixer can be equipped with a deflector cover for optimized performance.

Installation System:

The specialized installation system for the submersible mixer allows for quick installation and removal without needing to empty the pool's sewage.

is recommended for pools with a depth H<4 meters. The vertical diving depth of the submersible mixer is adjustable as needed, with a maximum horizontal rotation angle around the guide bar of ±60°. All components, including the lifting system's base, support frame, and lower bracket, are securely fixed to the pool's connection surfaces using expansion bolts, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes.
For pools with a depth H>4 meters, it is advisable to use Installation System

which requires a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) at the pool's bottom. The components, such as the lifting system's base, rope fixing frame, and guiding base, are all secured with expansion bolts on the pool's connection surfaces, without the need for pre-drilled holes. This system substitutes guide ropes for guide rods, facilitating easy transport and straightforward on-site installation. It addresses issues related to guide rod bending and deformation during transport, which could affect system functionality. Additionally, it prevents the inability to lift normally due to guide rod installation errors, making it more convenient and reliable for cantilevered pool tops (as illustrated in the accompanying image).
When placing an order, please provide the pool depth H and a diagram of the pool type to allow the factory to determine the size of the guide rod or guide wire. The installation system is constructed from stainless steel (or carbon steel). Except for specific user requirements, multiple mixers can share a single set of lifting devices within the installation system, excluding the guide bar or guide wire and the lifting base.
