Each carrier acts as a micro reactor. Within aerobic treatment systems, through the dynamic action of blast aeration, or within anaerobic systems, through
stirring, wastewater and biofilm carriers experience extensive, frequent contact, thereby boosting system efficiency to new heights.
This process simultaneously enhances microbial biofilm renewal, sustaining and elevating the biofilm's activity. The suspension carrier cultivates a rich,
complex ecosystem with pre-existing activated sludge. The biofilm adhered to the carrier significantly augments the active biomass
within the reactor. Through the united efforts of suspended activated sludge and the biofilm on the carrier's surface,
the system's resistance to impact loads is considerably enhanced, leading to improved sewage treatment efficiency and stabilized effluent quality.
