PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The rubber membrane hose is expertly crafted from high-quality silicone and EPDM rubber, offering remarkable heat resistance, superior ozone resistance,
exceptional acid and alkali resistance, alongside excellent chemical stability. Compared to conventional rubber membranes, this innovation
substantially extends its service life, elevating its performance and reliability beyond the ordinary.
01
The design incorporates a hollow, water-filled support body, effectively minimizing the aerator's buoyancy when submerged, thereby ensuring stable operation.
This innovative feature significantly reduces the buoyancy of the aerator within the water, enhancing its overall stability.
02
Ingeniously designed with zigzag aeration holes, this system provides excellent tension and instantaneous closure. It releases micro-bubbles with a diameter less than 2MM,
achieving a high oxygen utilization rate between 28% and 35%, significantly boosting the efficiency of your wastewater treatment processes.
03
Equipped with advanced air-guide tanks, the aerator ensures rapid and uniform gas distribution within, consistently achieving exceptional gas release uniformity.
The innovative design of the aeration membrane tube enhances its lifespan and optimizes the release of fine gas bubbles, significantly improving the aeration effect.
Additionally, the air guide groove, a finely constructed narrow concave channel, ensures that the rubber membrane tube remains securely in place. It prevents unwanted aeration hole openings when air supply ceases,
ensuring that the rubber membrane adheres closely to the guide groove. This design cleverly prevents sewage backflow when the air supply is halted, maintaining system integrity.
When airflow stops, this precision-engineered mechanism ensures that the rubber membrane tightly seals to the air guide groove, effectively preventing any potential backflow of sewage.
