Technical overview
UV-AOP (Ultraviolet Advanced Oxidation Process) is a wet photocatalytic oxidation process that can be carried out at room temperature and pressure (we also have a high-pressure oxidation reaction mode). The basic principle is to introduce ultraviolet light and oxidant into the oxidation system, and use their strong synergistic catalytic oxidation to selectively degrade difficult-to-degrade pollutants (please consult us for the selectivity). Hard-to-degrade organic matter and some inorganic matter in wastewater are converted into CO2 and H2O, as well as other small molecular weight intermediates (such as carboxylic acids, alcohols, etc.) with significantly improved biochemistry. At the same time, the chromaticity, VOC, odors, foams, and emulsions of the toxic and hazardous industrial wastewater will also be effectively removed.
