The QJB submersible mixer comes in two distinct series: the dynamic mixed mixing series and the low-speed push current series, each designed to meet specific wastewater treatment needs.
Our Mixing Series mixers are expertly engineered for use in sewage treatment plants and various industrial processes. They excel at thoroughly mixing liquids containing suspended solids, ensuring optimal treatment results.
The Low-Speed Push-Flow Series mixers are ideal for use in both industrial and urban wastewater treatment plant aeration tanks. These mixers generate a robust, low tangential water flow, perfect for circulation during the nitrification, denitrification, and dephosphorization stages, effectively creating the necessary water movement for enhanced treatment processes.
Our Mixing and Stirring Series Submersible Mixer is meticulously engineered to excel in various water treatment applications.
It is ideal for processes and industrial applications that require maintaining a homogeneous mixture of solid-liquid or solid-liquid-gas media.

Mixing and stirring series products utilize advanced multi-pole motors with a direct-connected framework, ensuring exceptionally low energy consumption and remarkable efficiency. The impellers, crafted with precision casting or stamping techniques, boast high accuracy, immense thrust, and an elegant, smooth appearance within a compact structure.
Our low-speed push-flow series products feature an innovative cycloid pinwheel reducer, optimized with low power requirements, minimal rotational speed, and an expansive impeller diameter for a broad service area. Constructed from durable polyurethane and robust aluminum alloy casting, these impellers exhibit superior strength and exceptional corrosion resistance. Beyond mixing, they effectively push and create water flow, enhancing overall system performance.
The submersible mixer's motor winding is insulated to class F standards, with a protection grade of IP68, making it ideal for wastewater plant aeration systems. This design substantially reduces energy consumption and significantly boosts oxygenation, effectively preventing sedimentation. For specific process needs, the direct-connected submersible mixer can be optionally equipped with a deflector cover.

Installation system
The specialized installation system for our submersible mixer allows for quick installation and dismantling without needing to discharge the pool's sewage.
Installation system
1
is recommended for pool depths under 4 meters. The submersible mixer’s diving depth can be vertically adjusted as required, with a maximum horizontal rotation angle of ±60° around the guide bar. The lifting system’s base, support frame, and lower bracket are secured with expansion bolts on the pool's connecting surfaces, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes.
For pool depths exceeding 4 meters, we recommend installation system
2
which necessitates a concrete foundation or steel structure base at the pool bottom. The lifting system’s base, rope fixing frame, and guiding base are secured with expansion bolts on the pool's connecting surfaces, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes. This system replaces guide bars with guide ropes, promoting easy transportation and straightforward on-site installation. This design prevents bending and deformation of the guide rod during transport, ensuring the system's normal operation and resolving issues caused by installation errors in deep pools. It's particularly advantageous for cantilevered pool tops, offering convenient and reliable operation.
When placing an order, please provide the pool depth (H) and the pool type diagram to allow our factory to determine the correct size for the guide rod or guide wire. The installation system is available in stainless steel or carbon steel. Besides the guide bar or guide wire and lifting base, multiple mixers can share a single lifting device unless the user specifies otherwise.
