PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The rubber membrane hose is expertly crafted from premium silicone and EPDM rubber, boasting exemplary attributes such as heat resistance, ozone resistance,
acid and alkali resistance, and outstanding chemical stability. Compared to conventional rubber membranes, it significantly enhances the service life.
features, offering a dramatic improvement in longevity over traditional options.
01
The supporting structure is designed with a hollow, water-filled form, which significantly minimizes the aerator's buoyancy when submerged, ensuring stability.
The buoyancy of the aerator in the water is remarkably reduced.
02
Featuring innovative zigzag long aeration holes, it provides excellent tension and instant closure, enabling the release of micro-bubbles with diameters less
than 2MM. This design achieves a high oxygen utilization rate between 28% and 35%, optimizing efficiency.
03
Equipped with air-guide tanks for rapid and uniform gas distribution within the aerator, ensuring the membrane tube experiences consistent force, thereby
prolonging the life of the aeration membrane tube. This uniform release of gas bubbles maximizes the aeration effect, while the air guide groove, a narrow
concave feature, ensures the rubber membrane tube seamlessly closes when gas is not being supplied, effectively preventing backflow.
tube area remains closed without aeration holes, ensuring that when the air supply is halted, the rubber membrane tightly seals against the guide groove.
When airflow ceases, the rubber membrane firmly adheres to the air guide groove, effectively preventing any sewage backflow incidents.
