Our mixers are designed to operate seamlessly and continuously under these specific conditions::
*The maximum medium temperature should not exceed 40ºC;
*The PH value of the medium must remain between 5-9;
*The medium's density should not exceed 1150Kg/m3.
*Long-term submersible operation is supported, with the diving depth generally not exceeding 20M.

The mixing and stirring series products utilize multi-pole motors with a direct-connected structure for low energy consumption and high efficiency. Impellers are precision-cast or stamped, offering high precision, large thrust, a sleek appearance, and a compact design.
Low-speed push-flow series products feature a cycloid pinwheel reducer, providing low power, low rotational speed, a large impeller diameter, and a broad service area. The impeller, crafted from polyurethane material and aluminum alloy casting, is highly resilient and corrosion-resistant, excelling in both mixing and flow-pushing capabilities.
The motor winding of our Custom Color Submersible Mixer is meticulously insulated with Class F insulation, ensuring unmatched durability. Furthermore, its IP68 protection grade guarantees top-tier performance in the aeration systems of wastewater treatment plants. This sophisticated design markedly cuts down on the system's energy consumption while significantly enhancing oxygenation and efficiently preventing sedimentation. Tailored to meet specific process requirements, the direct-connected submersible mixer can be seamlessly equipped with a deflector cover for optimal performance.
Installation System:
Our unique installation system for the submersible mixer allows for swift and effortless installation and removal without the necessity of draining sewage from the pool. This feature ensures operational efficiency and convenience.
Installation System 1 is ideally suited for pool depths where H is less than 4 meters. The diving depth of the submersible mixer is adaptable, allowing vertical adjustments as needed. It offers a maximum rotation angle of ±60° around the guide bar on the horizontal plane. The lifting system's base, support frame, and lower bracket are securely anchored with expansion bolts on the corresponding connection surfaces with the pool, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes.
For pool depths where H exceeds 4 meters, we recommend using Installation System 2, which requires a concrete foundation or a steel structure base at the pool's bottom. The base of the lifting system, the rope fixing frame, and the guiding base are all securely anchored with expansion bolts on the corresponding connection surfaces, making pre-drilled holes unnecessary. Installation System II innovatively replaces guide ropes with guide wires, facilitating easy transportation and straightforward on-site installation. This advancement effectively prevents the bending and deformation of guide rods during transportation, thereby ensuring the system's flawless operation. It also significantly improves the capability to lift normally, overcoming installation errors due to excessive pool depth. The system operates seamlessly even in cantilevered pool tops, as depicted, offering convenient and reliable functionality.
To ensure a perfect fit, please provide the pool depth (H) and a detailed pool type diagram when placing your order. This information assists the factory in determining the precise guide rod or guide wire dimensions. Constructed from stainless or carbon steel, the installation system allows multiple mixers to share a single set of lifting devices, except where otherwise specified by the user.
Installation Precautions:
*Ensure that the guide bar or guide wire remains perpendicular to the horizontal plane, which can be verified using a lead hammer.
*When hoisting the submersible mixer with a hook, maintain the impeller end at an upward angle of 5° to 10° relative to the horizontal plane for optimal stability.
*Adjust the chain on the lifting device so that the lifting hook aligns vertically with the center of gravity of the submersible mixer, ensuring smooth descent along the guide bar or wire.
