PRODUCT STRUCTURE
Our rubber membrane hose, crafted from premium silicone and EPDM rubber, boasts exceptional heat resistance, ozone defense, and remarkable chemical stability. Its design not only withstands harsh
conditions with its acid and alkali resistance but also significantly surpasses standard rubber membranes in durability and lifespan.
Compared to ordinary rubber membranes, this innovative solution markedly enhances service life.
01
The aerator's support body is ingeniously designed with a hollow, water-filled form, drastically reducing buoyancy in the water, thereby enhancing stability and efficiency.
This considerable reduction in buoyancy ensures optimal performance and reliability.
02
Featuring aeration holes configured in a zigzag pattern, it provides remarkable tension and swift closure. This cutting-edge design releases micro-bubbles smaller than 2MM in diameter, achieving
an impressive oxygen utilization rate of 28-35%, optimizing the aeration process.
03
Incorporating advanced air-guide tanks, this system ensures rapid, even gas distribution within the aerator, enhancing the longevity and uniform gas release of the aeration membrane tube.
The uniformity in gas bubble release significantly boosts the aeration effect; the air guide groove features a narrow, concave design to support this.
The rubber membrane tube fits snugly over these grooves, ensuring that when air supply ceases, the membrane adheres tightly,
preventing any reverse flow of sewage. This innovative mechanism ensures the rubber membrane remains close to the guide groove,
eliminating backflow and maintaining system integrity even when the air supply is interrupted.
