The QJB submersible mixer, a marvel of engineering, is expertly crafted into two distinct series: the mixing series and the low-speed push flow series.
1. The mixing series mixer is meticulously designed for blending liquids infused with suspended solids, making it indispensable in both sewage treatment plants and various industrial processes.
2. The low-speed push flow series mixer is specifically engineered for aeration tanks within both industrial and urban sewage treatment facilities. This series generates a robust water flow combined with minimal tangential movement, ideally suited for circulation, nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal stages, thereby ensuring efficient water flow creation.
The mixer is designed to deliver seamless and uninterrupted operation under the following conditions:
