PRODUCT STRUCTURE
Crafted with precision, the rubber membrane hose combines silicone and EPDM rubber, offering exceptional heat resistance, ozone resistance, and excellent chemical stability.
Its resilience against acids, alkalis, and other harsh conditions is unparalleled, leading to a significantly extended service life compared to traditional rubber membranes.
This enhancement in durability makes it a robust choice for long-term aeration needs.
01
Our innovative support body design incorporates a hollow, water-filled form, drastically minimizing the aerator's buoyancy when submerged. This advanced feature significantly reduces operational constraints.
The buoyancy reduction enhances efficiency by maintaining stability under various conditions.
02
The aeration holes are meticulously crafted in a zigzag pattern of long holes, providing excellent tensile strength and instantaneous closure capabilities. Micro-bubbles with diameters under 2MM are released for optimal aeration.
This ensures a high oxygen utilization rate, ranging impressively between 28% and 35%, significantly enhancing the overall aeration process.
03
Equipped with strategically designed air-guide tanks, the aerator ensures rapid and even gas distribution internally. This design innovation extends the life and uniform force distribution of the aeration membrane tube.
It guarantees uniformity in gas bubble release, amplifying the aeration effect. The air guide groove, a narrow concave design, ensures the membrane aligns perfectly.
The rubber membrane tube is engineered without aeration holes in the guide grooves, ceasing gas supply when needed.
When gas supply halts, the membrane adheres tightly to the guide groove, effectively preventing sewage backflow.
This innovative feature safeguards the system against reverse flow, maintaining optimal performance at all times.
