Uses:
QXB type centrifugal submersible aerator is used in the aeration pond of sewage treatment plant, aeration and sand sedimentation pond, oxygenation and mixing of the mixture of sewage sludge, as well as biochemical treatment of sewage or oxygenation of aquaculture ponds.
Principle:
QXB type centrifugal submersible aerator is a direct connection structure. The rotating impeller generates a centrifugal force in the water, through which a negative pressure zone is formed around the impeller, air is sucked in through the inlet pipe, and the sucked air and water are mixed in the mixing disc, and then this good and even mixture is automatically sprayed out from around the discharge outlet.
This process includes the following aspects: air and water mixing in the mixing disc produces a gas-liquid mixing effect, the gas-liquid mixture discharged from the outlet to form a circulation and convection; a large number of air molecules in the high-speed movement of oxygen to obtain a high oxygen absorption efficiency.
The QXB submersible aerator operates by using an impeller to create a strong flow of water, which passes through an air intake system. This generates negative pressure, drawing air into the water. The mixture of air and water is then diffused evenly throughout the body of water, increasing oxygen levels and ensuring uniform mixing.
Submersible Motor: The motor is designed to operate underwater and drive the impeller, ensuring stable and continuous performance.
Rotor/Impeller: The rotor creates agitation and ensures efficient air-water mixing. The impeller's design is optimized for high oxygen transfer efficiency.
Aeration Nozzle: Distributes the oxygen-rich water into the surrounding environment, promoting uniform aeration.
Corrosion-Resistant Materials: Constructed using durable materials such as stainless steel or special coatings, making it suitable for various water conditions, including corrosive and abrasive environments.
Compact and Efficient Design: The unit is compact and easy to install, making it suitable for tight spaces or locations where space is limited.
Wastewater Treatment: Primarily used in aeration tanks, oxidation ponds, and other wastewater treatment facilities to enhance oxygen transfer for biological processes.
Aquaculture: Used in fish and shrimp ponds to maintain high oxygen levels and promote healthy aquatic life.
Industrial Water Treatment: Suitable for cooling towers, process water treatment, and industrial effluent management.
Environmental Remediation: Aids in the aeration of polluted water bodies, improving the health of aquatic ecosystems.
High Oxygen Transfer Efficiency: The impeller and rotor design ensure efficient oxygenation, leading to better treatment performance.
Energy Saving: Low power consumption compared to traditional aeration methods, reducing operational costs.
Durable and Reliable: Made from corrosion-resistant materials, the aerator is designed for long-term use in harsh conditions.
Compact and Easy to Install: The submersible nature of the aerator simplifies installation and reduces space requirements.
Low Maintenance: The design minimizes wear and tear, ensuring fewer maintenance needs and reducing downtim
