The low-speed push-flow series mixer is designed specifically for both industrial and urban wastewater treatment plant aeration tanks. The impellers, crafted through precision casting or stamping, offer high precision and substantial thrust. They feature an elegant, streamlined design and a compact build for optimal performance.
The low-speed push-flow series employs a cycloid pinwheel reducer, designed for low power consumption and rotational speed. It features a large impeller diameter to cover an extensive service area. The impeller is constructed from durable polyurethane and aluminum alloy, offering high strength and robust corrosion resistance. Besides mixing, it excels in generating flow and creating dynamic water currents.
The submersible mixer's motor winding is insulated with Class F, and it boasts an IP68 protection grade, ideal for wastewater plant aeration systems. This design significantly reduces energy consumption and enhances oxygenation, effectively preventing sedimentation. Depending on process requirements, the direct-connected submersible mixer can be fitted with a deflector cover for improved functionality.

Installation system:

The specialized installation system allows rapid installation and removal of the submersible mixer without the need to drain the pool.

is recommended for pool depths H<4 meters. The submersible mixer's diving depth can be adjusted vertically as needed, with a maximum horizontal rotation angle of ±60° around the guide bar. The lifting system's base, support frame, and lower bracket are securely fixed with expansion bolts, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes.
For pool depths H>4 meters, it is recommended to use the installation system

. This requires constructing a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) at the pool's bottom. The lifting system's base, rope fixing frame, and guiding base are all secured with expansion bolts, negating the need for pre-drilled holes. Installation system II replaces guide rods with guide ropes, ensuring easy transportation and straightforward on-site installation. This effectively prevents guide rod bending and deformation during transport, which can hinder system functionality, and addresses lifting issues due to guide rod installation errors in deeper pools. Convenient and reliable operation is achieved under cantilevered pool top conditions.
When placing an order, please provide the pool depth H and a diagram of the pool type. This information is crucial for the factory to determine the appropriate size for guide rod or guide wire processing. The installation system is constructed from stainless steel (or carbon steel). Multiple mixers can share one lifting device, except when special requirements are specified by users.
