The Low-Speed Push-Flow series products leverage an advanced cycloid pinwheel reducer, which operates with low power and rotational speed. These units are equipped with large-diameter impellers, expanding their service area significantly. Constructed from durable polyurethane material and aluminum alloy casting, these impellers offer high strength and exceptional corrosion resistance. Beyond their primary mixing function, they also excel in pushing and creating water flow, making them versatile and highly efficient.
The submersible mixer's motor winding is insulated to Class F standards and has a protection grade of IP68, making it ideal for wastewater treatment plant aeration systems. This innovative design substantially reduces system energy consumption while significantly enhancing oxygenation levels. It also effectively prevents sedimentation. Depending on specific process requirements, direct-connected submersible mixers can come equipped with an optional deflector cover for optimized performance.

Installation System

The advanced installation system for the submersible mixer allows for rapid installation and dismantling without the need to discharge the sewage from the pool.

is recommended when the pool depth (H) is less than 4 meters. The submersible mixer's diving depth can be adjusted vertically as needed, with a maximum horizontal rotation angle of ±60° around the guide bar. The lifting system base, support frame, and lower bracket are all secured with expansion bolts on the relevant connection surfaces with the pool, eliminating the need for pre-reserved holes.
When the pool depth (H) exceeds 4 meters, it is recommended to use Installation System

. This requires a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) at the pool's bottom. The lifting system base, rope fixing frame, and guiding base are all fixed with expansion bolts on the relevant connection surfaces with the pool, negating the need for pre-reserved holes. Installation System II substitutes guide rods with guide ropes, allowing for easy transportation and straightforward on-site installation. This system effectively prevents bending and deformation of the guide rod during transportation, which can impair normal use, and eliminates the issue of lifting failures caused by installation errors when the pool depth is too deep. This makes operation more convenient and reliable under cantilevered pool top conditions (as illustrated).
When placing an order, please provide the pool depth (H) and a pool type diagram. This will help the factory determine the appropriate size for the guide rod or guide wire. The installation system is constructed of stainless steel (or carbon steel). Apart from the guide bar or guide wire and lifting base, multiple mixers can share a single lifting device (unless otherwise specified by the user).
