acid and alkali resistance, and excellent chemical stability. This combination of characteristics ensures remarkable longevity
compared to traditional rubber membranes, significantly enhancing its service life.

The aerator's support body features a hollow, water-filled design, effectively minimizing its buoyancy within the water. This
design ensures the aerator remains stable and efficient during operation.

Aeration holes are innovatively designed in a zigzag pattern, providing optimal tension and instant closure, releasing aeration
with micro-bubbles less than 2MM in diameter. This results in a superior oxygen utilization rate of 28% to 35%.

Incorporating air-guide tanks, the system ensures rapid and even distribution of gas within the aerator, leading to
uniform force on the aeration membrane tube and enhanced gas bubble release uniformity, significantly improving aeration
effectiveness. The air guide groove, a narrow concave design, ensures the rubber membrane tube remains free of aeration
holes when gas supply ceases, allowing the membrane to adhere closely to the guide groove, thus preventing any potential
backflow of sewage and ensuring the system's integrity and reliability.
