The QJB Submersible Mixer is an outstanding innovation in water treatment technology, offered in two distinct series: the vigorous Mixed Mixing Series and the highly efficient Low-Speed Push Current Series.
The Mixed Mixing Series is expertly designed for sewage treatment plants and various industrial applications, capable of thoroughly mixing liquids containing suspended solids with remarkable efficiency.
The Low-Speed Push-Flow Series is ideal for both industrial and urban wastewater treatment aeration tanks. It generates a low tangential flow of robust water currents, making it perfect for circulation, nitrification, denitrification, and dephosphorization stages, ensuring optimal water flow dynamics throughout the treatment process.

The impellers, crafted through precision casting or stamping, boast high accuracy, generating large thrust with a beautiful and streamlined appearance. The result is a compact yet powerful structure.
The low-speed push-flow series products feature a cycloid pinwheel reducer, optimized for low power consumption and rotational speed. With a large impeller diameter, these products cover a wide service area. The impellers, constructed from robust polyurethane material and aluminum alloy casting, deliver high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Beyond mixing, they efficiently push and create water flow.
Designed for the rigorous demands of wastewater aeration systems, the motor winding of our submersible mixers is insulated with Class F insulation and boasts an IP68 protection grade. This advanced design significantly reduces energy consumption and enhances oxygenation, effectively preventing sedimentation. Based on process requirements, the direct-connected submersible mixer can be supplemented with an optional deflector cover.

Installation system:

The specially designed installation system of the submersible mixer allows for quick installation and removal without needing to discharge sewage from the pool.

is recommended for pool depths H<4 meters. The diving depth of the submersible mixer can be adjusted vertically, and the maximum horizontal rotation angle around the guide bar is ±60°. The base of the lifting system, the support frame, and the lower bracket are all secured with expansion bolts to the pool's connection surfaces, eliminating the need for reserved holes.
For pool depths H>4 meters, it is recommended to use the installation system

. This system requires a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) at the bottom of the pool. The base of the lifting system, the rope fixing frame, and the guiding base are all fixed with expansion bolts to the pool's connection surfaces, eliminating the need for reserved holes. Installation system II uses guide ropes, which simplifies transportation and on-site installation. This system avoids bending and deformation of the guide rod during transport, ensuring normal operation. It also improves the lifting mechanism's reliability by preventing installation errors due to deep pool depths. This system is especially effective in cantilevered pool tops, as shown in the diagram, for more convenient and reliable operation.
When ordering, please provide the pool depth H and a pool type diagram. This information allows the factory to determine the proper size for the guide rod or guide wire processing. The installation system is made of stainless steel (or carbon steel). Besides the guide bar or guide wire and lifting base, multiple mixers can share a single lifting device, unless specified otherwise by the user.
