I. Principle of operation

II.Superior performance

 

1. 6. A special slag blocking device is designed at the mechanical seal to prevent packing debris and fibre from entering and to protect the mechanical seal not subject to the influence of aeration disturbance, the pusher can be arranged directly above the aeration head, without the need to reserve space, fully increase the effective area of aeration, improve the utilisation rate of the aeration tank.
7. Equipped with a special mounting coupling system, the fluidiser can be mounted close to the water surface, pointing at a downward angle, forcing the filler material floating on the surface of the water to flow downwards, overcoming its floating and slowing down its ageing, as well as increasing the residence time of the air bubbles underwater. The downward angle can be adjusted on site between 7° and 30° to suit the conditions. Submersible mixers and actuators can also be installed horizontally near the bottom of the tank as required.
