This innovative solution prevents the tearing and detachment phenomena caused by stress concentration, ensuring seamless integration between the diaphragm and support plate through superior sealing techniques.
Employing a reverse buckle folding structure, the sealing between the diaphragm and the support plate offers exceptional performance, significantly prolonging the product's lifespan and effectively preventing diaphragm detachment.
Our impeccable sealing performance between the diaphragm and support plate not only significantly extends the lifespan but also effectively prevents the unwanted detachment of the diaphragm.


Featuring a unique intrinsic check valve design, the diaphragm boasts a center-thickened, non-porous structure that enhances efficiency and functionality.
Upon air supply cessation, the diaphragm's center naturally retracts to align with the pallet's hole, courtesy of water pressure and its inherent elasticity.
With air supply halted, under the influence of water pressure and diaphragm elasticity, the diaphragm's center seamlessly aligns over the pallet holes, with the unperforated portion ensuring secure coverage.
Ingeniously designed, the unpunched area acts analogously to a check valve, effectively shielding the air release hole to prevent any liquid backflow into the aeration system.
This specialized structure proficiently halts any undesired liquid backflow into the aeration system, ensuring operational integrity.
