The QJB submersible mixer is innovatively crafted into two distinct series: the dynamic Mixing Series and the Low-Speed Push Flow Series.
1. The Mixing Series Mixer is expertly designed to harmoniously blend liquids with suspended solids, ideal for sewage treatment plants and various industrial processes;
2. The Low-Speed Push Flow Series Mixer is specifically engineered for optimal performance in aeration tanks within both industrial and urban sewage treatment plants. It generates a robust water flow characterized by minimal tangential flow, facilitating efficient circulation, nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal stages, thereby enhancing water flow dynamics.
The mixer is engineered to operate continuously and maintain optimal performance under the following specified conditions:
