The rubber membrane hose is crafted from premium silicone and EPDM rubber, offering excellent heat resistance, ozone protection,
resistance to acids and alkalis, and superb chemical stability. This material significantly enhances durability compared to standard
rubber membranes, ensuring a much longer service life.

The support body features a hollow, water-filled design, substantially minimizing the aerator's buoyancy when submerged. This greatly
reduces the buoyancy of the aerator in water.

The aeration holes feature a unique zigzag design that provides remarkable tension and quick closure, releasing aeration with
micro-bubbles less than 2MM in diameter. Achieve a superior oxygen utilization rate of 28-35%.

Incorporating air-guide tanks ensures the rapid and even distribution of gas within the aerator. This design extends the life of the
aeration membrane tube and ensures uniform gas bubble release, enhancing aeration effectiveness. The air guide groove is a precisely
constructed narrow concave channel that the rubber membrane tube rests upon-it effectively seals off aeration holes when gas is not
supplied. When the air supply ceases, the rubber membrane snugly adheres to the guide groove, effectively preventing sewage backflow.
