Product Description

Traditionally, aerator diaphragms are made from regular rubber. Our innovative design replaces these with an upgraded rubber diaphragm featuring extension compensation to enhance performance.
The sheet material is engineered to rebound freely, effectively preventing stress concentration, which can compromise performance and longevity.
Stress concentration can lead to tearing and detachment. Our product ingeniously utilizes a sealing method between the diaphragm and the support plate to mitigate these issues.
We leverage a reverse buckle folding structure for sealing between the diaphragm and support plate. This advanced design maximizes durability and significantly reduces the risk of diaphragm detachment.
With our exceptional sealing performance between the diaphragm and support plate, the lifespan is remarkably extended, effectively preventing the common issue of diaphragm detachment.


Our diaphragm features an intrinsic check valve design with a center-thickened, non-porous configuration, ensuring robust functionality.
When the air supply ceases, the diaphragm's center naturally retracts to align with the pallet hole, driven by water pressure and the diaphragm's elasticity.
Upon air supply discontinuation, water pressure and diaphragm elasticity cause the diaphragm center to retract over the pallet holes, maintaining an unperforated area.
This unpunched section precisely covers the air release hole, acting as a check valve to prevent any backflow of liquid into the aeration system.
This mechanism effectively halts any reverse liquid flow, ensuring the aeration system's integrity.
