This revolutionary design eliminates the typical tearing and falling off issues caused by stress concentrations. Ingeniously sealed between the diaphragm and the support plate,
Utilizing a superior reverse buckle folding structure, the sealing between the diaphragm and the support plate is optimized for unmatched performance. This enhancement vastly extends the service life and effectively prevents diaphragms from detaching.
Boasting an exceptional sealing mechanism, the interface between the diaphragm and the support plate significantly enhances longevity, effectively circumventing any detachment issues.


Incorporated with a sophisticated intrinsic check valve, the diaphragm features a central, thickened, non-porous design for optimal functionality.
When the air supply is halted, the diaphragm's innovative design allows its center to seamlessly return to the pallet hole, driven by water pressure and its own elasticity.
Upon air supply cessation, the diaphragm's center, under water pressure and its inherent elasticity, gracefully aligns back over the pallet holes, while the non-perforated zone
Expertly covers the air release hole, mimicking a check valve to prevent any liquid re-entry into the aeration system.
