PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The rubber membrane hose is crafted from premium silicone and EPDM rubber, showcasing remarkable heat resistance, ozone resistance,
acid and alkali resilience, and superior chemical stability. Compared to standard rubber membranes, these hoses significantly
enhance durability, offering an extended service life.
01
The support structure features a hollow, water-filled design, substantially minimizing the aerator's buoyancy in water.
This innovation greatly reduces the buoyancy of the aerator, ensuring stable performance.
02
Ingeniously designed aeration holes form zigzag long slots, providing excellent tension and instantaneous sealing. Aeration releases
micro-bubbles with diameters under 2MM, achieving a high oxygen uptake efficiency ranging from 28% to 35%.
03
Equipped with air-guide tanks to ensure the swift and even distribution of gas within the aerator, resulting in uniform stress
distribution along the aeration membrane tube. This design optimizes gas bubble release uniformity, enhancing the aeration
effect. The air guide groove, a narrow concave channel, ensures the rubber membrane tube remains unpunctured when aeration is
halted, allowing the rubber membrane to closely adhere to the guide groove, effectively preventing sewage backflow.
When the air supply ceases, the rubber membrane firmly attaches to the air guide groove, averting any potential sewage return.
