QJB submersible mixer can be divided into two series: mixed mixing and low-speed push current.
Mixing series mixers are suitable for sewage treatment plants and industrial processes to mix the liquid containing suspended solids;
Low-speed push-flow series mixer is suitable for industrial and urban wastewater treatment plant aeration tank, which produces low tangential flow of strong water flow, can be used for circulation and nitrification, denitrification and dephosphorization stage to create water flow and so on.

Structural characteristics

 

Mixing and stirring series products use multi-pole motors with direct-connected structure, low energy consumption and high efficiency; impellers are molded by precision casting or stamping with high precision, large thrust, beautiful and smooth appearance and compact structure.
Low-speed push-flow series products adopt cycloid pinwheel reducer, equipped with low power, low rotational speed, large impeller diameter and wide service area. The impeller is made of polyurethane material and aluminum alloy casting, high strength, strong corrosion resistance, in addition to the function of mixing can also outside also have the role of pushing the flow and create water flow.
The motor winding of submersible mixer is insulated with class F, and the protection grade is IP68, which is used in the aeration system of wastewater plant, which can greatly reduce the energy consumption of the system and significantly improve the oxygenation, and can effectively prevent sedimentation. According to the process requirements, the direct-connected submersible mixing can be equipped with a deflector cover.

 
Selection notes

 


 
In order to ensure that the submersible mixer to achieve the best operating results, please use the party to provide the following information;.
*Purpose of utilization;
*The type and size of the pool, including water depth;
*Characteristics of the mixing medium, including viscosity, density, temperature, and solids content.

Installation system:
 
The special installation system of submersible mixer can quickly install and dismantle the submersible mixer without discharging the sewage in the pool.
    Installation system 1 is recommended when the pool depth H<4 meters. The diving depth of the submersible mixer can be adjusted vertically as required, and the maximum angle of rotation around the guide bar in the horizontal plane is ±60°. The base of the lifting system, the support frame and the lower bracket are all fixed with expansion bolts on the relevant connection surfaces with the pool, and there is no need to reserve holes.
    When the pool depth H>4 meters, it is recommended to use the installation system 2, need to make a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) at the bottom of the pool. The base of the lifting system, the rope fixing frame and the guiding base are all fixed with expansion bolts on the relevant connection surfaces with the pool, and there is no need to reserve holes. Installation system II replaces guide ropes with guide ropes, featuring easy transportation and simple on-site installation. This system fundamentally avoids the bending and deformation of the guide rod caused by transportation, which affects the normal use of the system, and effectively improves the phenomenon of not being able to lift normally due to the installation error of the guide rod in the case of the pool depth being too deep. In the cantilevered pool top (as shown in the picture) under the installation conditions is more convenient and reliable operation.
    When ordering, please provide the pool depth H and the pool type diagram, so that the factory can determine the size of the guide rod or guide wire processing. The installation system is made of stainless steel (or carbon steel). In addition to the guide bar or guide wire and lifting base in the installation system, multiple mixers can share one set of lifting device (except for users' special requirements).
 
Installation precautions

 


 
   *The guide bar or guide wire should be vertical to the level, and can be corrected with a lead hammer;
   *When lifting the submersible mixer by hook, the impeller end should be upward 5°-10° compared with the horizontal plane.
   *Through the adjustment of the chain on the lifting device, the lifting hook and the center of gravity of the submersible mixer are in the same vertical line when the submersible mixer is sliding down along the guide bar or guide wire.
