Working Principle
Our state-of-the-art Rotary Grid Cleaning Machine features a uniquely assembled set of rotating grid chains. Powered by a motor reducer, the rake chain executes a rotating motion contrary to the water flow, ensuring optimal debris capture.
As the rake chain ascends to the upper segment of the equipment, the guide of the groove wheel and curved rail orchestrates a relative self-cleaning motion among the rake teeth. This ingenious design ensures that most solid materials are released by gravity, while any lingering debris is efficiently removed by the reverse-moving cleaner.
In alignment with water flow direction, the rake chain mimics a grille, with adjustable clearance between the rake teeth on the chain shaft tailored to specific usage conditions. As the rake teeth separate solid suspended solids, a smooth water flow is maintained, enabling the entire process to operate seamlessly, either continuously or intermittently.
