Working Principle
The innovative rotary grid cleaning machine is ingeniously crafted with a rotating grid chain, assembled at a specialized rake tooth manufacturing facility. This sophisticated mechanism is powered by a motor reducer that ensures the rake chain rotates counter to the water flow, enhancing its cleaning efficacy.
Once the rake chain ascends to the equipment's upper section, guided by groove wheels and a curved rail, the rake teeth engage in a relative self-cleaning motion. This ingenious design allows the majority of solids to fall away by gravity, while any remaining debris adheres to the rake teeth, subsequently cleaned by the reverse-moving cleaner.
In alignment with the water flow direction, the rake chain acts like a grille. The spacing between the rake teeth on the chain shaft is adaptable, tailored to specific usage conditions. It effectively separates solid suspended particles from the fluid, ensuring an uninterrupted water flow. The process can run seamlessly either continuously or intermittently, based on operational requirements.
