The QJB submersible mixer is ingeniously crafted into two distinct series: the dynamic and versatile mixing series, and the efficient low-speed push flow series.
1. The mixing series mixer is expertly designed to cater to the needs of environments with liquids brimming with suspended solids, making it ideal for applications in sewage treatment plants and diverse industrial processes.
2. The low-speed push flow series mixer excels in aeration tanks within both industrial and urban sewage treatment plants. It generates a robust water flow with minimal tangential interference, perfectly suited for tasks such as circulation, nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal stages, ensuring optimal water flow and treatment efficacy.
The mixer is engineered to perform continuously and reliably under the following operational conditions:
